Complete distillation system with 2 columns, heat
exchangers, controls and PLC
Previously used for methanol recovery in pharmaceutical
application. 304L construction for all wetted parts. Heat
exchangers fed via 4" steam supply line. Columns one and
two were set up 4'10" apart on center

23' 2" feet tall with a 24 inch OD x 1/4 "schedule 10 pipes
In feed stream via a xx "flange packed with 2 stripper
plates
6" flange for liquid inlet and 12" x 1/4" baffle, 6'8" from
floor to inlet center line
6" flange vapor outlet
(4) 3/4" mist eliminator
3/4" pressure tap
(6) thermowell 3 above the in feed separated by 2' 6"
2" reflux return
1" stilling well tap
3" reboiller/reflux feed with vortex breaker above
2 inch liquid feed flange
Pressure to 15 psi and full vacuum
Hydro tested to 23 psi
12" packing dump port
