Kevin Weber – Owner/Founder

Kevin has more than 22 years of experience in the food industry. Before founding Right Stuff Equipment, he was the CEO of Cereform USA, a division of Associated British Foods. Prior to that, he was with American Maize and Cerestar. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys Colorado’s mountains, on foot, on a bike, or on skis.

Michelle Torres – Sales & Marketing

Michelle is in charge of Right Stuff’s sales & marketing. You’ll find her on sales calls, on the phone with customers & prospects, leading plant tours, and overseeing the sales staff. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys Colorado’s mountains, as well as training and competing in biking and running. In recent years, she competed in the Leadman series in Leadville, Colorado, and she’s a 3-time “leadwoman.”

Susan Winn – AR Specialist Accountant

Susan is in our finance department specializing in AR.  She has over 20 years of experience in many fields to include manufacturing. Susan enjoys hiking and her 3 cats!

RJ is in our finance department specializing in AP. He moved to Colorado from Idaho. We are lucky to have him!

Alexandra Burdette – Parts & Consumable Sales

Alex earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Colorado at Denver. She also has more than six years of administration experience. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, Pilates & photography.

Engineering & Fabrication Staff

Brent Payne – Mechanical Engineer – Director of Engineering and Operations

Brent earned a Mechanical Engineering degree from Colorado School of Mines. During his college career, he also competed in intercollegiate baseball. He also enjoys cars, golfing, and fishing.

Jacob Leo – Engineering Manager for Integrated Projects

Jacob comes to RSE with a back ground in packaging and manufacturing. He has a hands on approach that comes from his experience as a young kid working along side this grandfather in the family machine shop.

Steven Mollard – Mechanical Engineer – RSE VFFS Equipment

Steven graduated from Colorado School of Mines with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is on our VFFS engineering team.

Scott Levine – Engineering Manager for Controls

Scott is an engineer on the controls team. Great to have Scott with us!

Connor Tucker – Controls Engineer

Connor is an engineer on the controls team! Great to have Connor with us!

Lewis Gaskel– Controls Engineer

Lewis is a new addition to the RSE team! He is an engineer on the controls team! Great to have Lewis with us!

Brian Andrews– Controls Engineer

Brian is a new addition to the RSE team! He is an engineer on the controls team! Great to have him with us!

Dan Glusman – Integration Engineer

Dan is a new addition to the RSE team! He is an engineer on the OEM Integration Team.

Matt Sisson– Mechanical Engineer  – Tray Forming Engineer

Matt is the lead engineer for our line of tray formers. Matt is a great guy and we are lucky to have him.

Dusan Popovic– Mechanical Engineer  – Tray Forming Engineer

Dusan is an engineer for our line of tray formers. Good to have him on our team!

Joe Carpenter – Mechanical Engineer

Joe is a new addition to the RSE team! He is an engineer on the RSE integration team! Great to have Joe with us!

Mike Sullivan – Service Technician

Mike has over 30 years servicing printing equipment. He is a Colorado native and in his spare time he enjoys working on classic cars, fishing, hiking and playing in poker tournaments

Nathan Markel – Service Technician

Nathan has many years of experience in the food packaging industry. He is a service tech for RSE. Glad he is on board!

Kyle Sexton – Shop Fabrication Manager

Kyle graduated the Hobart Institute of Welding Technology with a degree and certifications in welding. Some of his hobbies are enjoying the outdoors, going to concerts, and traveling.

Dennis Page – Fabrication, Senior Service Technician

Dennis has more than 20 years of experience working in fast-paced manufacturing environment. He is a top notch machinist, assembler, and team lead. Dennis enjoys skiing and motorcycle riding.

Zach Collins – Welder

Zach is on the welding side of the fabrication team. He is a great guy!

Dylan Yeater – Fabrication

Dylan operates the waterjet. We are happy to have him on board.

Charles Lockhart – Machinist

Charles has many years of industry experience in fabrication! Great to have him on the team.

Muttnik – Top Dog (In heaven)

Buddy – Head of Security

Buster – Assistant to the Head of Security AKA Lazy Boy

Buster and Buddy are at the office every day. If its lunch time Buddy can be found in the lunch room. Buster is usually posted near the front door as the official greeter. You will be lucky if he pops his head up to say Woof! Some have nicked named him “Lazy Boy”
