Peristaltic Fillers
The Right Stuff Equipment peristaltic filling system “Mariner”can be ordered in a 2, 4, 6 or 8 head design depending on your requirement. From as small as 10 ml fill to your desired fill level, we have the most accurate, repeatable and well built system in the industry to date. The Peristaltic Filling System ” Mariner” is designed and built in our Colorado plant. We have thought of your needs when designing this equipment. It offers quick and easy change over, simple calibration and on screen tutorials to guide you through the set up phase and calibration.
The “Mariner” will work well with liquid and molten products. For a 60 ml tincture bottle we are running up to 44 CPM for MCT oil and coconut oil based products. We have added a special feature to allow molten products to stay at temperature during the filling process and allow for a brief shut down if needed without causing the molten products to solidify. The system is extremely quiet with features such as drip tray, diving nozzles and pin indexing. Individual filling head adjustment/calibration on the fly can be done as well. The filler is manufactured with all stainless steel materials, Allen Bradly Compact Logix PLC with touch screen interface and holds up to 30 recipes a s a standard more can be added if needed.
